   Live Longer!

Being physically active may help you live longer and as you increase the amount of physical activity that you do, your chances of living longer get even better.

How much should I exercise?

2 to 2 ½ hours a week, divided into daily sessions that work for you.
Some people may want to do 30 minutes on 5 days of the week; others may prefer to do longer sessions on fewer days of the week, or shorter sessions every day of the week.

Pick a schedule that you can stick to. Scientific studies show that this is true for men and women of all ages and ethnic groups.

Surprising Fact:
Even if you weigh more than you would like to,
just adding physical activity to your life can help you live longer.
