Prescription Trails:
1. Walks tailored to fit your physical fitness needs as prescribed by your provider.

Seniors:
1. Adventure Walks 60 minutes M/W/F 10 a.m. at location varies.
2. Easy After Lunch Walk or Indoor Exercise 10 – 20 minutes M/T/F 12:30 pm at the Senior Center.
3. Bingo Break 5 – 10 minutes of Movement W/H 2:00 p.m. at the Senior Center.

Workforce:
1. Workout Walk 30 minutes M/T/W/H/F during your lunch at your workplace.
2. Exercise Break 15 minutes M/T/W/H/F during a workday break at your workplace.
3. After Work Walk 30 – 60 minutes at the end of your workday at your workplace or other locatio.n

Yoga:
1. Workout 30 minutes M/T/W/H/F during your lunch at your Senior Center.
2. After Work 60 minutes T/H 4:00 p.m. at the Elementary School.

Kids:
1. Fun Fitness Camp 3rd / 4th / 5th graders Monday 1:30 pm – 3:30 p.m. at the Elementary School.

Volunteer:
1. Trails in Town – Help Build Walking & Biking Trails in our Community.
2. Playgrounds – Help Build Play areas in out Community.
3. Park – Help Build Walking & Biking Trails & other activity venues – Water Trees and plantings.
